Are you an experienced Global Project Manager with a strong background in pharmaceuticals, ERP implementations, and business applications ? We’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive digital transformation and enterprise system implementations across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP and business application system implementations , ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams in a remote, global environment, collaborating with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with pharma industry regulations (GxP, FDA, EMA, etc.) .
- Drive change management, user adoption, and training programs to support seamless system integration.
- Track project performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
🔹 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare.
🔹 Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar) and business application implementations such as:
- CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) tools (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)
- Regulatory & Compliance systems (TrackWise, MasterControl)
- HR & Talent Management software (SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Experience managing large-scale digital projects in a remote, global setting .
- Knowledge of agile, waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies .
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
- Remote position – Open to candidates in global time zones with flexible working arrangements.
- Occasional travel to Barcelona for workshops and meetings .
