Integrated in the Digital Communications team under the management of a Senior Media Manager, Media Specialist’s role is to ensure data-driven global paid media planning and coordination.
PAID MEDIA PLANNING AND COORDINATION
Work in close collaboration with the Senior Media Manager on the execution of the annual Paid Media strategy and the campaign roadmap implementation by handling the development of detailed media plans by campaign, platform, region and country across multiple digital paid media channels (especially paid social channels) with a full-funnel approach.
All media plans should be developed and executed with a strong media expertise and seamless consideration of global and regional goals and challenges while aiming to deliver positive impact on the brand awareness and business performance.
With the support of an apprentice, coordinate the production and delivery of all necessary campaign materials from contributing to the creative asset selection to regrouping all creative assets, tracked redirection links, captions prior to sharing with the agencies, followed by previews validation.
Develop strong business relationship, smooth and continuous project coordination with media agencies (global and local) and paid media partners by being the key point of contact for all stages of campaign planning and execution.
Contribute to campaign negotiations while seeking best practice learning and seizing new opportunities and features to test when possible.
Collaborate proactively on daily basis with internal global and regional teams including Communication, Image, Ecommerce, CRM and others to ensure campaign launches.
MEASUREMENT AND REPORTING
Work in close collaboration with the media agencies and the Digital Performance team in order to ensure accurate data measurement within all campaigns.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize in collaboration with the media agencies.
Analyze data from media platforms, Wizaly, and Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
Develop comprehensive and accurate post-campaign reports providing clear learnings, performance analysis and recommendations.
PAID MEDIA INNOVATION
Stay informed on emerging media solutions and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with the media agencies to test paid media novelties on different digital platforms.
Develop and continuously update different media guidelines to stay aligned with new innovative media practices (covering different aspects such as brand safety, media quality, technical requirements, etc.): social media guidelines and best practices, creative guidelines for the Image team, etc.
INVOICING COORDINATION
Coordinate the invoicing process and ensure a smooth check and transition of invoices from Paid Media partners to the accounting department while respecting the accounting schedule: monthly and annual.
Manage internal re-billing requests when needed, coordinating with the finance and accounting teams.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
You have a Bac+5 / M2 degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, etc. and you have 3+ years of relevant experience in paid media planning/buying/performance focused roles, either in a media agency, with a platform or an advertiser, ideally in luxury/fashion/beauty sphere.
Background of working with global social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) is a must. Knowledge of Japanese media ecosystem (Line) is a plus.
Proven experience in cross-department collaboration and management of multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. You are a good communicator and a team player.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, you have a data-driven and analytical mindset, and you are comfortable with numbers. You have proven experience of work with Excel and Power Point.
You are curious about digital ecosystem and tech innovations as well as passionate about the world of luxury and fashion.

English & French: fluent professional oral and writing skills.
