As part of the development of our French subsidiary, we are looking for an HR Manager who will play a key role in structuring and managing the HR activities of the entity.

Main Responsibilities

As an HR Manager , you will be responsible for:

  • HR Strategy & Management: Implementing and driving the HR strategy at the Country level in alignment with the Corporate HR Strategy set by Italian headquarters.
  • Corporate Policies Implementation and harmonization: Promoting and ensuring the application of Group-wide HR policies within the French subsidiaries ; aligning all HR practices with the Group’s standards.
  • Employee Relations: Managing relations with employee representatives and fostering a constructive social dialogue at the Country level
  • People development & Compensation: implement talent development and retention initiatives within the French subsidiaries, leveraging education and compensation initiatives
  • HR Administration, Payroll & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with French labor laws and overseeing payroll processes.

Profile & Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 15 years in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international environment.
  • Languages : Fluent in French, English and Italian (both written and spoken) to ensure effective communication with the headquarters.
  • Skills : Strong knowledge of French labor law, HR best practices, and talent management tools.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and results-driven mindset.
