The "R&D and Innovation Support" department of Luxinnovation (National Agency for Innovation and Research in Luxembourg), is looking for a dynamic and motivated intern (m/f), who will actively participate in the daily activities of the department. We offer a 3-6 month full–time internship starting June 2024.
The National European RDI support team is the National Contact Point for the EU research funding programme Horizon Europe. The team organises a high number of information events and trainings for the clients. The department's activities are developing in terms of communication around its new unified platform.
MISSION ET RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern will support the communication and promotion of the department activities:
Creation of content for the “news” section of our website
Redaction of articles on policy development
Organisation of events
The intern will help on statistical investigation/data analytics, collection of reference material for the clients
The intern will also be involved in the support offered by the National Contact Points for Horizon Europe, assisting them in setting up communication initiatives, and in the monitoring of their interaction with clients
The list of missions is adaptable and will depend on the duration of the internship and the trainee's profile.
LEVEL OF STUDIES AND SKILLS
You are a student graduating for a master in a subject related to European Funding or relevant scientific disciplines (political sciences, innovation management, etc.)
Any experience that can attest to your interest in organizing events and customer contact will be considered an asset
You are perfectly fluent in English and French. The knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset
You are a team player with a problem-solving attitude, excellent analytic, organisational and communication skills (oral and written)
Mastery of the Office suite
