La Tournée is building the delivery service providing the best online groceries experience with no plastic. We deliver both local and mass market products in reusable containers using electric vehicles. Upon each visit, we collect empty containers so that they can be cleaned and reused.
We are building the tech powering our fully in-house logistics including a Warehouse Management System (WMS), a Transport Management System (TMS) and e-commerce platform.
Our current stack is based on Bubble (No-code platform) for our UI/data and a Golang API.
We have reached some limits in terms of what we want to achieve when it comes to robustness, performance, overall UX quality and collaboration best practices.
We are therefore willing to migrate out to have full control over our tech, starting with our public e-commerce website. You will have a major impact in shaping our frontend stack and delivering magical experiences!
As part of our tech team, you will:
~Design delightful user experiences from the public website/apps to internal applications
~Implement & maintain reusable components for both web and mobile
~In collaboration with the design team, define and implement the company design system
~Ship code often with a focus on quality, extensibility and scale
~Foster the engineering culture and best practices
~Share knowledge
We also want the team to have a good understanding of our entire operations: be ready to visit our warehouses, prepare some orders and deliver them to our customers!
Profil recherché
~3+ years of experience as a frontend software engineer
~Good knowledge and previous experience with vue.js (vue 3, composition api)
~Good knowledge and previous experience with typescript
~Strong interest in software craftmanship and best sofware practices (tdd, solid, clean code…)
~Good understanding and previous experience with front end testing : unit, functionnal, end 2 end, UI, …
~Fluent french speaker: we have frequent discussions with our team on the field and we need to be able to communicate smoothly
~Strong english writing skills: while english is not our speaking language, we still have international ambitions and we already document our work in english
Nice to have
~Prior experience with quasar.js framework
~You are willing to learn backend with python and become a full-stack (in case you do not have experience with it)
~Devops culture
~Prior experience working in the e-commerce space
~Prior experience in start-up environments
