We are currently recruiting for our Paris office, an Event & Communication Executive M/F (6-month internship)
Summary:
As an Events & Communication Executive at Kayrros, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our events and communication strategy. Your work will involve a mix of writing and editing external communications, managing social media presence, and owning the events strategy to ensure our participation in prominent events aligns with our corporate objectives.
Responsibilities:
Events Strategy & Execution:

Actively participate in and own the creation and execution of the events strategy.

Set a calendar outlining all major events the company participates in during the year (eg. COPs, Climate Week NYC) and maintain a forecast for all events.

Identify, evaluate, and submit any industry event relevant to the company.

Manage event budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI

Act as the main contact point between event organizers and Kayrros.
Events Participation & Post-event Management:

Manage the screening process for participating in an event, ensuring all requirements are met.

Handle the planning and logistical organization to ensure smooth execution, including equipment, materials delivery, and catering.

Conduct post-event communications and prepare detailed post-mortem reports, analyzing the impact and effectiveness of our participation.

Negotiate proposals and contract conditions with all suppliers and partners to optimize overall costs.
Collaborative Planning:

Collaborate with various teams to align event participation with global corporate objectives.

Assist in preparing submissions for awards, contests, and pitch opportunities

Collaborate and align with PR agency on events and communications strategy
Strategic Communication & Content Creation:

Develop, write, edit, and proofread external communications including but not limited to press releases, blog posts, and newsletters.

Work cross-functionally to produce content for social media related to events and communications.
Social Media Management:

Manage and maintain our presence on social networks such as LinkedIn and Twitter by sharing continuous news and updates.

Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategy as needed to optimize engagement and reach.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:

Excellent writing and proofreading skills

English at a native speaking level, French is a plus but not required

Ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work effectively on a team

You are dynamic, curious, eager to learn about the energy industry, machine learning and artificial intelligence

You are willing to contribute actively and have a real impact to the company's success
