To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant, to work at our head office in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process orders in our SAP system and follow them up
- Monitor the order book (Pull In & Push Out)
- Keep customers informed and alert them in advance of any change
- Receive orders, process them and send them back to each customer on time
- Prepare shipping documents (delivery notice and invoices)
- Communicate with internal sales
- Actor of logistics efficiencies (transport, warehousing)
- Interface with our office in China
- Able to analyse the non-performance with factual data
- Coordination with the Customer Service teams, sales representatives and customers, in an international context
REQUIREMENTS
- International Business or Sales Administration degree preferred, and a successful experience in the commercial or Sales Administration /Customer Service field
- Fluent in French, and good level of English writing and speaking
- Knowledge of MS-Office
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- International experience should be also appreciated
- Good adaptation skills: you know how to be versatile in carrying out different missions
- Highly customer-oriented and a friendly contact towards customers and colleagues
