As the passionate CEO’s go-to person, you facilitate their life in several ways such as by simplifying and managing their complex diary, organising their meetings, preparing, faxing and following up on their documents. Other administrative tasks include managing the CEO’s personal emails, phone calls and logistics. Furthermore, you arrange the international trips for the senior executive team which includes booking accommodation and transportation. A further administrative responsibility is to plan both on and off-site events for the team as well as coordinating the company’s internal and external resources. You play a key role in the company’s dynamic environment since you are the first point of contact for the management team. Thus, you oversee several internal company processes including budgeting, expenses, and logistics. Additionally, you ensure that the company’s goals are smoothly met by following their international growth.

Time management skills are paramount in order to efficiently coordinate several projects at the same time. Several years of administrative experiencein an office environment is essential. A bilingual level of English and French and Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
