Entreprise:
We are currently looking for a Finance Analyst to join a Fund of Funds team for a world renowned Investment Fund in Paris. You will work with a team of around ten people under the supervision of the Financial Director. You will be joining a well-known and dynamic Fund in an international context.
Poste:
You will be called upon to carry out tasks such as:
- Calculation of net asset values / net assets of funds of funds
- Preparation of management reports for investors
- Monitoring regulatory and statutory quotas
- Management of fund of funds calls/distributions to investorsMonitoring fund cash flows and financial operations.
- Managing payments of fund-related invoices.
- Processing mutual fund orders.
- Communication with external parties.
- Manage relations with distributors for direct registered subscriptions.
- Collecting, verifying, and dispatching account registration certificates.
Possibility of carrying out control missions depending on profile.
Profile:
- Graduated (Bac+5) in finance, accounting or a similar field from a Grande Ecole or university.
- Experience of 1 to 3 years preferably in a fund or investment bank.
- Knowledge of fund accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Pack Office, with eFront a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities and stress effectively.
- Writing skills in French and English are required.
Salary: 35K + Bonus + Profit Share
