Location: Lyon, France

Salary: €60-75,000 + bonus + benefits

Are you ready to take the lead in a rapidly growing, dynamic environment? We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join our client’s European organisation in Lyon. France is a key growth market for our client, and this is a key role in their expanding French operations, reporting directly to the CEO France with a dotted line to the Head of Supply Chain Europe .

Your Responsibilities:

End-to-End Supply Chain Management – Oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and product availability.

3PL Management – Lead relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficiency and cost control.

Logistics Performance & Cost Optimization – Drive operational excellence and cost-effective solutions.

Warehouse Expansion – Play a key role in scaling and structuring the warehouse to support business growth.

Collaboration & Strategy – Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to align strategies and best practices.

Your Profile:

Experienced – 5+ years in supply chain/logistics within the automotive sector .

Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to optimize processes, manage costs, and drive efficiency.

Project Management Expertise – Experience in expanding warehouse operations is a plus, as well as experience in a business where manufacturing is not on-site.

Stakeholder Management – Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and continuously align with Sales and Customer Service.

Fluent in French & English – Essential for working within a local yet global organization.
