- Contractual Commitment Management – ensure compliance with contractual commitments (deliverables, invoicing, etc.) by both Crayon and clients
- Client Relationship Management – establish a trust-based relationship with clients to understand their strategic needs
- Customer Satisfaction and Retention – analyze customer satisfaction indicators (CSAT) and implement corrective actions if needed
- Growth Opportunities – drive the identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities during service delivery within a predefined client portfolio
- Reporting and Analysis – provide regular reports on account performance indicators
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role (Customer Success Manager, IT Project Manager, Engagement Manager, or equivalent)
- Master’s degree (Bachelors +5) in management, business, information technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in the technology or IT services sector is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions, SAM, and FINOPS

As our new Engagement Manager, you will ensure the smooth execution of Crayon services, including the proper management of resources, particularly financial ones. You will be responsible for structuring client relationships , developing action plans, prioritizing tasks, and building a support network to guarantee effective project delivery. Additionally, you will manage resources, time, and communication to meet client expectations, track project performance through KPIs, address risks, and drive continuous process improvements.
