  • 📋Context of the Position:

As an Engagement Manager at Nextlane, you will play a pivotal role in driving client relationships and project success. This role demands strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a client-focused mindset.

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

Presales Phase :

  • Work closely with OEM Sales Team to identify potential leads for new projects. Seek opportunities to upsell products and services
  • Identify the solutions that Nextlane can propose in collaboration with Product if needed
  • Nurture relationships with customers

Engagement Phase :

  • Collect and describe all the elements from the customer to clarify the need and the answer Nextlane can provide.
  • Design solutions tailored to client needs through a SOW definition
  • Ensure compliance with company strategy and capacity
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements.
  • Is the link between customer and project manager once the project starts

Customer Needs follow up :

  • Define and monitor all the leads : progress on SOW/Quotations, SLA, achievement of objectives

🕵️‍♂️ What We're Looking For:

Experience:

-5+ years in a Engagement Manager or similar role (Project Manager, Consulting, Sales Manager…)

-Background in software development or a related technical field.

-Proven track record of delivering successful software products in the automotive sector.

  • Languages: Fluent English (Interview will be conducted in English) French (nice to have)
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills:

-Experience with CRM, DMS, or API-based products .

-Understanding of software development processes, including APIs and system integrations. -Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.

  • Interpersonal Skills:

-Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams

-Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to resolve complex challenges effectively.

-Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Empathy: Understand user pain points to create impactful solutions.

-Decision-Making: Confidence to prioritize competing demands and make informed choices.
