GTP Bioways, part of Olon Group is an expert and fast-growing contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specialised in process development and manufacturing of antibodies, proteins, bioconjugates and nanodrugs.

With a team of 140 dedicated collaborators in France, GTP Bioways is focused on providing end-to-end services to support biopharma industry clients at all stages of their drug development, from R&D to commercial manufacturing.

GTP Bioways is looking for a dynamic Manager Information Technology to lead the company’s IT activities and ensure that the IT applications and infrastructure are efficient, secure, and adapted to the business needs, covering the 4 facilities in France (Toulouse, Labege, Veyre-Monton and Saint Julien en Genevois).

This position is primarily based in Toulouse, with a functional reporting line to Olon’s IT Headquarters and an operational reporting line to the CEO for GTP Bioways in France. The Information Technology Manager is supported by one IT Technician.

Your responsibilities :

  • Develop & deliver local support based on business needs.
  • Develop the IT strategy for local business customers in alignment with Corporate IT. This includes creating solid business cases, analysing key business initiatives, and identifying informational needs to support, enhance, and transform business operations, processes, and strategies.
  • Manage the delivery of IT projects meeting time, specification and cost objectives in accordance with corporate defined work and quality methods.
  • Work consistently in conjunction with the leadership team, to gather requirements, support changes, communicate Corporate strategies and contribute to define the local IT budget.
  • Provide input to Service Level Agreement definition for IT support Vendors and manage related contracts.
  • Ensure proper implementation of IT standards.
  • Assessment of IT performance and project contribution to the business/function.
  • Contribution to IT strategy and opportunities.
  • Familiar with Standard Operating Procedures methods and processes by which IT services are delivered as assessed by audits.
  • To undergo assigned trainings on GMP in pharmaceuticals, HSE & departmental procedures/ policies when required.

Your background:

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Proven experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Food Industry, or other GMP/GxP environments, or industries with robust Assurance Quality systems.
  • Expertise in implementing and managing IT infrastructure, applications, and security systems. Hands-on experience with Sage ERP systems or similar business management software is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in IT governance and compliance frameworks, especially within regulated environments.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and IT procurement with cross functional and multi-site applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, ability to design, implement, and oversee IT strategies aligned with business goals.
