As an ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Analyst Intern, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to the integration of ESG risks into Buyers credit risks analyses.
- Participate in ESG referral management (ESG due diligences performed by the Commercial Function and escalated to the Allianz Trade Sustainability Office (GSO)) and support GSO being Allianz's point of contact for updating the Allianz Group's ESG process guidelines.
- Contribute to ESG research through sector coverage.
- Participate in the customer ESG labelling process.
- Contributing to GSO publications and presentations of our approach to various stakeholders.
- Helping GSO to identify automatable ESG processes with the Allianz Trade Group's various stakeholders, transformation, risk and compliance.
- Contribute to the implementation of ESG workflow solutions
- Contribution to the implementation of Allianz Trade's ESG strategy:
- Support a comprehensive monitoring of ESG regulations and practices among market players
- Support in writing ESG content in various forms, e.g. newsletter, research articles in collaboration with other departments
Profile
- Bac +5/Master's, various schools (i.e. Universities, Business Schools, other schools), with specialisation in ESG (finance/risk path).
- Initial experience in banking/insurance would be a plus.
- Strong interest in ESG
- Very good knowledge of English (both written and spoken) Very good knowledge of the Office pack (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills applied to data and conceptual abilities Proactive personality, initiative, fluent in English and French
- Excellent work ethic, dynamic with strong team spirit
- Interpersonal and intercultural skills
