About the Company – Our client is a global, publicly traded US company in the healthcare industry, offering a broad portfolio of products in the Hospital (Wound Care, Coding Software), Dental, and Purification (filters for lab techniques and production) sectors. Highly qualified employees in marketing, sales, and support functions are based at two locations in France.
About the Role – The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR practices.
Responsibilities
- Report to the HR Director Europe and partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of French labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and French.
