I am currently assisting a Leading IT Consultancy who is in the Search for a Digital Workplace Product Owner to work with their customer on an external basis.
They are looking with a Product Owner or Project Manager with a strong background in Digital Workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of monitoring solutions such as INTERACT, NEXTHINK, and other related tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Digital Workplace solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Digital Workplace solutions using tools like INTERACT and NEXTHINK.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels (L-2 or L-3) within the client's organization.
- Ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in the Digital Workplace domain.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring solutions such as INTERACT and NEXTHINK.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at L-2 or L-3 levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies (CSPO, CSM).
- Experience with other Digital Workplace tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
