Our client is eu-LISA, EU Agency located in Tallinn and Strasbourg established to provide a long-term solution for the operational management of large-scale IT systems, which are essential instruments in the implementation of the asylum, border management, and migration policies of the EU. Intrawork is providing eu-LISA with temporary staff for the next 4 years.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist (Strasbourg) to assist in the end-to-end recruitment process at eu-LISA. This role involves drafting job descriptions, screening applications and CVs, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and proactively sourcing candidates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and proficiency in recruitment tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Support:
- Provide overall support throughout eu-LISA’s recruitment processes and streaming CVs.
- Draft job descriptions and vacancy notices in line with EU Staff Regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the screening of applications, ensuring candidates meet eligibility criteria and supporting the initial evaluation phase.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, written tests, and assessment procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including data entry, documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Prepare recruitment-related correspondence and documents with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide administrative assistance for the eu-LISA staff members responsible for recruting
Talent Acquisition & Candidate Sourcing:
- Support the management of reserve lists by identifying suitable candidates for ongoing and upcoming vacancies.
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates via social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of passive and active candidates through strategic relationship management.
- Develop partnerships with universities, professional associations, and other relevant organizations to expand eu-LISA’s talent network.
Employer Branding & Digitalization Initiatives:
- Assist with employer branding efforts to enhance eu-LISA’s attractiveness as an employer.
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives to streamline and improve recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with eu-LISA’s policies, EU Staff Regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
Required Tools & Documents:
- E-Recruitment tool – for candidate management and workflow tracking.
- Microsoft Office & SharePoint – for document preparation and collaboration.
- Relevant templates and instructions provided by eu-LISA.
- EU Staff Regulations and Implementing Rules governing recruitment policies.
- eu-LISA’s Establishment Plan for workforce planning and role structuring.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience (at least 3 years) in recruitment, HR administration, or talent acquisition.
- Working experience in international organizations or multinational companies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – working language is English.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and HR tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
