Our client is a startup in France within a very successful Tech provider used by over 100,000 insurers and brokers globally. Due to recent growth into the French market, a need has come up for a Senior (Confirmé) Business Analyst at their offices in Paris La Défense.
Working in conjunction with the Project Managers and the Operations Director, the successful Business Analyst will have the following…
… Responsibilities:
- Ensure the collection , analysis and documentation of insurer and broker needs
- Liaise with international IT teams to ensure that the needs are understood properly and that the software meets demanding quality standards , guaranteeing a timely delivery and world-class communication to customers
- Support and advise clients in their digital transformation
- Intervene on the entire value chain of insurers and brokers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collect and address pain points and challenges
- Participate in the design of tailor-made technological solutions
- Train company new joiners
Main requirements:
- Full right to work in France without any restrictions
- Bac+2/Bac+3 minimum
- Native level of French and fluent English
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar position in an insurance company, brokerage or InsurTech provider
- Passion for technology and digital transformation
- Analytical mind, easy-going personality, proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, goal-oriented, can work independently as well as in teams
- Good command of SQL and data analysis tools are highly welcome
The role is hybrid- 3 days a week in the offices in Paris La Défense. Package includes a base salary of up to €60,000 p.a. depending on experience, an additional 5% performance bonus, RTT, AXA, ticket résto, gym, transport and other benefits.
