Positions we are hiring:

Position: Project Manager

HC: 1

Location: France

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning of the project, including determining project goals, developing project plans, allocating project resources, etc.

2. Communicate with the owner, design unit, construction unit, suppliers and other parties to ensure clear project requirements and coordination of interests among all parties.

3. Develop detailed project schedule, quality plan, and cost plan.

4. Fully responsible for the daily management of the project, including supervising construction progress, ensuring construction quality, controlling project costs, coordinating relationships among all parties, etc.

5. Regularly hold project meetings to understand project progress, solve problems that arise during the project, and ensure that the project proceeds smoothly according to plan.

6. Identify and assess project risks, develop response measures to reduce the impact of project risks on the project.

7. Responsible for the acceptance, settlement, and delivery of the project, ensuring that the delivery of project results meets the requirements and expectations of the owner.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in photovoltaic power plant project management, and successful implementation of large-scale project cases.

2. Possess solid professional knowledge, including photovoltaic technology, power engineering, project management, and other aspects.

3. Familiar with project management processes, proficient in engineering budgeting, schedule control, and risk management skills.

4. Understand the principles and applications of devices such as solar panels and inverters.

5. Familiar with various construction techniques for photovoltaic projects, with work experience and management experience in independently completing projects.

6. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively guide the team, establish an efficient collaborative atmosphere, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.

7. Able to handle coordination and communication issues properly, and solve project emergencies and unexpected events.
