CONTEXT
In a context of growth, we are looking for a HR Director France for our agencies : Atelier Athem, Atelier Lum, Bureau Betak, Lefty, Cztar, Bureau Future, Kitty Events, Kitten, k2, Karla Otto and The Independents holding. Reporting the Global HRD, you will manage a team of 4 people : a HR Manager, a Payroll and Admin Assistant and her intern and a Talent Acquisition Manager.
MISSIONS
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company’s mission, vision, and values across all subsidiaries
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align people initiatives with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness globally
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring consistent practices across all subsidiaries
- Lead the design and implementation of talent development and succession planning programs to foster growth opportunities worldwide
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and compliant with local regulations in each subsidiary
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in each country of operation and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all subsidiaries
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement, while respecting cultural differences
- Implement and leverage HR technology and systems to streamline HR processes globally and enhance data-driven decision-making
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in leadership roles and if possible a period of time in the luxury environment
- Proven track record in developing and implementing people strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex employee relations issues and provide effective guidance and solutions
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions to people-related challenges
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Proficient in HR systems and technology, with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making
