Sales Operations Intern (M/F)

Based in: Paris

Team: Sales Team

Contract:Full time Internship – 6 months

Start date: January 2023

We are a leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across the globe. We are lucky to have a team of experts, working remotely and in offices across France and the U.S.

We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We are looking for a bright, high-energy and driven Sales OperationsIntern with a strong interest in business to join our growing Paris based sales team.

Your missions:

You will be in charge of working on our market sizing project and our CRM’s management. You will work directly with our sales operations analyst and will play an active role in the sales team to identify new sales opportunities. You will :

Identify the relevant potential prospects in our scope of countries and industries

Present market sizing analyses to provide recommendations to our sales Director and our different sales’ Team Leads

Import those prospects in our existing CRM (Hubspot) and synch with the business developers (BDR) and account executives (AE) team through the sales process

Help manage our CRM (Hubspot), help the active users in their daily use of the tool, create and improve workflows to help automate actions

Identify new potential tools to help boost sales team efficiency

Understand how to analyze team performance with real-time visibility.

Your profile:

Master’s Degree student (Business or Engineering School)

You have previously worked or you’re interested in joining a multicultural tech environment

You are a multi-tasking person looking for a real challenge

You’re proactive, eager to learn

Good analytical and Excel skills

Fluent in both French and English
