Exyte France is looking for a scheduler as part of its business
development.
The position is based in Aix en Provence.
Planners ensure that during the course of project the both
aspect of schedule follow up and progress reporting is properly
managed.
Working closely with the project manager, and the project team,
The planner build the baseline of the project : WBS definition,
activities link, positioning major milestone and defining the
weight for each task.
The planer is based on site and follows the subcontractors work
to report the progress and analyze any variation with the
baseline. I can propose solutions and action plan to solve the
discrepancies.

- Defining schedule baseline at
the beginning of the project - Updating the schedule
according to survey on site and subcontractors reports - analyze deviations from the
baseline in collaboration with the project team - Development of measures to
prevent or catch-up delays together with the project team - Progress tracking, progress
measurement for all project activities - Create weekly / monthly
report for project manager - Check the coherence of the
invoicing with the actual progress

Mandatory
- 5 years’ experience in
planner position in construction industry - Fluent or Advance English
level - Confident use of the
Microsoft product range - Structured and reliable way
of working - Takes initiative and source
of proposal - Connaissance approfondie du Pack
Office - Likes to works within a team
- Willing to travel and be site
located

- Experience within
