To strengthen our teams and development, we are looking for a Customer Accountant France (F/M).
You will be responsible for accounts receivable for our French subsidiaries, and will work in an international environment.
KEY MISSIONS
The Customer Accountant France will be mainly responsible for:
- Customer accounting management
- Processing of invoices and receipts, verification and recording of payments (Factor, bank)
- Bookkeeping, including preparation, processing and recording of bank transactions, processing, sales and bank reconciliation of Factor accounts
- Customer reminders (e-mails + calls)
- Preparation of bank reconciliations and other balance sheets, analysis of accounts receivable for each accounting situation
- Sends account statements to customers
- Assistance with data reconciliation queries
- Participation in quarterly closings
REQUIREMENTS
- Educational level required: BTS or Bachelor's degree (Licence) in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounting Department
- Languages: French (fluent) and English (intermediate level) are mandatory to work in an international environment
- Computer skills: SAP / Excel
- Ability to build social relationships and adapt to different types of contacts (credit insurers, banks, sales representatives, customers, etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (clear, respectful, legible, effective)
- Ability to adapt to cultural differences between the company's different geographical/cultural entities
