Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Formulate and implement the companies marketing strategy in France.
  • Client Relations Management: Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, assessing their needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales initiatives to achieve order intake, net sales, and gross margin targets, including preparing accurate quotes and bid proposals.
  • Contract Negotiation and Project Oversight: Skillfully negotiate contracts with clients and ensure successful project completion.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction, maintain relationships with distribution partners, and manage customer complaints and warranty issues.
  • Strategic Sales Region Management: Oversee pivotal sales regions with demanding customer bases.
  • Participation in Industry Events: Attend trade shows, conferences, and forums to enhance industry presence.
  • Sales Territory Planning: Establish comprehensive sales plans for your territory and maintain a well-structured sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

Your qualifications should encompass the following:

  • Educational Background: Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical field such as electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Language Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in French and business-level English.
  • Technical Acumen: Exhibit a profound understanding of technical aspects related to PV systems, energy storage solutions, and EV chargers, especially in the distribution and utility scale sectors.
  • Independent and Dynamic: Exhibit the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Team Management: Boast experience in managing teams, showcasing your leadership skills.
