We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Senior Marketing Executive to join our Corporate Marketing department of a technology consulting company growing at double digits with a strategic plan that will lead it to multiply its turnover in three years.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in marketing strategies, focusing on developing and implementing campaigns and programs that drive business growth. The Senior Marketing Executive will work closely with other members of the group’s marketing team, local marketing teams, and Global Business Lines leaders.
Profile
Key Responsibilities:
· Set guidelines regarding marketing plans, lead generation campaigns, and brand awareness campaigns (client-facing) to facilitate, coordinate, and harmonize the activities performed by the local operational marketing teams.
· Oversee establishing standards and guidelines for marketing tools and process harmonization.
· Collaborate with local marketing teams to create and optimize marketing content, including blogs, social media posts, email materials, and other promotional resources.
· Analyze and measure the performance of local marketing campaigns, using data to inform decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
· Engage in budget discussions and keep track of worldwide operational marketing expenses.
· Provide leadership and guidance to members of marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
· Lead and/or participate in particular marketing projects as needed.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and continuously apply these insights to improve our marketing strategies.
· Coordinate and supervise the work of external vendors, such as advertising agencies, graphic designers, and marketing consultants, to ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is maintained.

· 5+ years of proven experience leading, managing, and growing marketing teams

· Working experience in modern marketing, particularly within the B2B IT market
