Job description
Do you enjoy trying to understand what drives users to make certain choices, consciously or unconsciously?
Would you like to contribute to designing a technology that meets everyone's needs and can be used naturally?
This 6-month internship will focus on studying the user experience of digital ink within our Nebo application. Two main questions will guide the internship:
What relationships to digital handwriting do our users develop (feelings, representations …)?
Under what conditions can notes made with digital ink be shared?
Your research will help us design new features for our Nebo note-taking application.
Several methods may be used:
User tests,
Qualitative interviews,
Analysis of usage logs,
Corpus analysis,
Questionnaire design and analysis,
Bibliography.
You will be part of the MyScript UX team, working directly with the UX researcher responsible for your supervision.

A born researcher. You enjoy conducting studies, analyzing and presenting your results, understanding user behavior and exploring avenues for improvement.

Adaptable. You understand the importance of the project's scope and are able to adapt to deliver a relevant analysis within the constraints.
Good communicator and assertive.
Profile required
Graduating student (M2, engineering school) in computer science-IHM, cognitive science, human factors, ergonomics, social sciences (psychology, sociology). Multidisciplinary profiles will be accepted.
Ability to put yourself in the users' shoes and understand their needs.
Eager to learn more about UX research methods.
Interested in the web, mobile applications, etc.
Analytical and writing skills.
Fluent in French and good level of English.
Compensation
€1,000 per month,
1 day of authorized absence per month,

Telecommuting possible in agreement with the internship tutor.
