Head of engineering for platform

My customer, one of the largest energy companies in France, is looking for a head of platform engineering for an exciting lead position constantly working on transformation within the production team (Build and run) on platform. As such the customer is looking for someone with experience using python, AWS, AZURE, PaaS. As a lead position they will need someone to make targets for the technical team and to drive the team.
Role: Head of Platform Engineering (AWS+Azure)
Location: Paris
Duration : 2 years (12 Month Renewable)
Remote: 2 days a week on site 3 day a week remote.
Tasks
- Make technical targets for the developer team.
- Collaborate on platform improvements with the cloud architect.
- Drive the production team to ensure deadlines.
- rationalisation of technical components.
- Work with other specialists to implement product features on time, to quality, and to specification.
- Develop, build and maintain the platform architectural runway to support value streams
- Establish vision architectures and roadmaps for products
