To strengthen its Marketing & Communication team, Luxinnovation (the National Agency for Innovation and Research in Luxembourg), is looking for a dynamic and motivated intern (m/f), who will actively participate in the department daily activities, as well as in the development of future projects. We offer a work-study internship (alternating) over a period of one year.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will deepen your knowledge of several Marketing & Communication topics during an internship mission which will allow you to intervene in the numerous files managed by the team, offering you an enriching and diversified experience.
Digital Marketing:
Under the guidance of the Digital Marketing team, you will:
Provide support in the management and updating of websites
Participate in the creation of content and publications on social networks, and in the posting of web content
Participate in e-mailing campaigns
Event management:
Under the responsibility of the event manager, you will:
Provide support in the organisation and management of events
Support in the handling of the full spectrum of event-related logistics, including invitations, guest speakers, delegate packs, etc.
Propose event ideas, themes and concepts to meet the needs of the various Luxinnovation departments
Liaise with suppliers
Manage post-event evaluation and performance reports (statistics)
Manage promotional material
LEVEL OF STUDY AND SKILLS
Studies in Marketing and Communication in progress (Master 2)
Any experience that can attest to your interest in the field of event organisation be considered an advantage
Creative spirit, broad ability to come up with innovative ideas
Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong service-minded attitude and a developed sense of communication (verbal and written)
Dynamic, committed, team spirit
Organized and able to show some autonomy in work
You are fluent in French and you have a very good level in English. The knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset
Mastery of the Office suite
